Licensing
Argus maintains a resident agent and brokers license in Washington State. We also maintain non-resident agents licenses in the neighboring states of Oregon and Idaho and are appointed by some insurance carriers to conduct business for them in those states. We also have non-resident licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. We maintain these non-resident licenses for specific and limited company appointments to help existing, local Washington State customers and generally do not solicit insurance from non-resident states.
